Charlene McWilliams

Charlene joined Paradise Asset Management Group in 2018 and Asset Management Group in 2019 as Administrative Assistant to Jeffrey Johnson. Her background in bookkeeping and customer service allows her to be efficient and knowledgeable at administrative work, ensuring to always go the extra mile for our clients.

Her daily responsibilities include:

• Scheduling client meetings and appointments
• Client account opening, transfers, deposits, distributions, reports
• Communicating with clients, and following through on their requests and needs
• Communicating with Mutual Fund companies, Third Party Administrators, CPA’s and Attorneys
• Maintaining and updating client information and data files

Charlene earned a degree in Business and is a Notary Public. She enjoys baking, playing tennis and spending time with her family. She maintains FINRA Series 6 and 63 security registrations through LPL Financial.
