shayes@amgchico.com Sally joined Asset Management Group in December 2000. Born and raised in Chico, she is married and recently became a grandmother! She is the Executive Assistant to both John Roney and Dick Donner, and is often the main contact person for client needs on a daily basis. She is responsible for coordinating all aspects of Mr. Roney’s and Mr. Donner’s practices. She maintains FINRA Series 6 and 63 security registrations and is a Notary Public.
Sally’s day to day responsibilities include:
- Client account opening and transfers
- Following through on all client requests and needs
- Working with client’s attorneys , CPA’s, third party administrators and mutual fund companies
- Processing client mutual fund trade requests
- Scheduling of client meetings and appointments
- Maintaining client information and data files
