jsweeney@amgchico.com Joe Sweeney is an Investment Advisor Representative with Financial Network. Joe was born and raised in Chico, where he attended Chico High School and Butte College. After transferring to Azusa Pacific University, Joe finished his degree in Finance and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. Afterwards, he worked in Pasadena for two years, and married his High School sweetheart, Britney.
In 2010, Joe returned home to Chico to pursue his career as a financial advisor. Joe was hired on under Brian Sweeney to work with his team in May 2010. He works hand-in-hand with Renee Michel, (Brian Sweeney’s Executive Assistant and Financial Advisor) to service individual and business clients, analyze investments and begin new planning relationships. Specialty areas include retirement plans and 401(k) rollovers, college savings plans, tax-sheltered bonds and small-business 401(k) and profit sharing plans. Joe has been fully licensed since August of 2010. He is excited to continue to help existing clients reach their goals while building his own client base with Financial Network.
